Seascape Home Services of Bonita Springs, Florida, has earned accreditation from the NHWA for the second year.

Owners Steve and Susan Cook were employed in the service industry in Delaware for over 30 years. Susan owned and operated a new-construction cleaning service before fulfilling her dream of becoming a Registered Nurse nearly 30 years ago. In Delaware, she worked at the administrative level as a professional nurse. After moving to Florida in 2013, Susan accepted a position with the Agency for Healthcare Administration as a Registered Nurse Specialist, conducting surveys of facilities and agencies for certification and licensure by the State and Medicare/Medicaid.

While in Delaware, Steve was the owner/CEO of a successful industrial, commercial cleaning and restoration business, with large corporate clients and various medical facilities with over 100 employees. He worked with major insurance companies, from minor claims to catastrophic events such as Hurricane Sandy. Steve also worked with general contractors/home builders in the new construction phase, both pre- and post-home delivery. After moving to Florida, he worked for a major home builder in client relations/home warranty, overseeing properties in Mediterra, Quail West, and Miromar Lakes, meeting with homeowners for post-construction repairs and maintenance, Home Watch, and storm preparation. Steve collaborated with only the most reliable trade partners to ensure quality workmanship to meet clients’ specific requests and concerns to their utmost satisfaction.

Steve has earned the designation of NHWA Certified Home Watch Professional. The CHWP designation shows his commitment to providing excellent service to his clients.

Steve and Susan believe their honesty, reliability, trustworthiness, and open lines of communication will help them build strong relationships with their clients and members of the Home Watch community.
