Greetings and salutations!
Secure Coast Home Watch of Clearwater, Florida, has earned Accredited Member status from the NHWA for the second consecutive year.
Owners John and Victoria Hill established Secure Coast after personally discovering the great need for Home Watch services in the Pinellas County area.
Married in 1992, Victoria (a born-and-raised Floridian) moved to Canada, John’s homeland, leaving behind a home in Largo. The challenges of having a snowbird rental property 1,500 miles away soon became painfully obvious. Mice and insects moved in and plumbing issues occurred while their renters were present. The home needed to be cleaned and restocked after the renters’ departure. John and Victoria needed a reliable advocate to help with these tasks. In speaking to other seasonal homeowners, they soon realized this was a common problem for many folks.
After relocating to the Clearwater area, John and Victoria decided to launch Secure Coast Home Watch to provide seasonal, secondary, and snowbird homeowners assistance.
John was a Captain with Toronto Fire Services for 32 years. His investigative and determination skills acquired through firefighting lend themselves uniquely to Home Watch inspections. John is determined to bring the same level of commitment and dedication to their clients.
Victoria was a physiotherapy assistant in Canada for 10 years. She is keenly aware of the needs and concerns of absentee homeowners and is determined to serve their clients while protecting their privacy and confidentiality.
John and Victoria have been married for 24 years and have two beautiful daughters.
We had the pleasure of seeing John and Victoria at the NHWA’s 4th Annual North American Conference in September.
Secure Coast Home Watch serves Clearwater, Clearwater Beach, Dunedin, Indian Rocks Beach, Indian Shores, Largo, Madeira Beach, Palm Harbor, Redington Beach, Safety Harbor, Sand Key and Seminole.
