Greetings!

Sedona House Sentry of Cottonwood, Arizona, has earned Accredited Member status from the NHWA.

Owners Marc and Judi Avery have deep ties to their community that reach back decades. Marc has been a resident of Sedona and the Verde Valley since 1984. He bought the fledgling Red Rock Jeep Tour Company and turned that into a successful business. He also started Sedona Trolley and a few other businesses around town before turning to real estate. Besides performing Home Watch services, Marc is also a Realtor.

Judi Lindner Avery is “almost a native,” having moved as a teenager from Montreal, Quebec, to Jerome in 1971. Her three children were born and raised in the Cottonwood area. She is an avid horsewoman and was a Language Arts teacher for the Cottonwood-Oak Creek School District.
