Snowy Owl Home Watch of St. Louis Park, MN, earns second-year accreditation from the NHWA!
Owner Tamara Nugteren is a long-time resident of and homeowner in St. Louis Park. She has a graduate degree in advertising and marketing from South Dakota State University.
After finding an owl trapped in her long-absent neighbor’s home—and the struggle that ensued to free it—Tamara started thinking about the many things that can go wrong when no one is checking on a home. Inspired, she launched Snowy Owl Home Watch in 2022 to help solve that problem. Today, she takes pride in caring for her clients’ biggest investment—their homes. Tamara believes that everyone deserves the peace of mind that comes from having a trusted professional watch over their home while they are gone, whether it’s for an extended trip or for the entire snowbird season. With Snowy Owl Home Watch, her clients rest easy knowing their property is being respectfully and discreetly cared for with all the professionalism they expect and deserve.
Tamara and her husband, Tony, have spent the past several years raising their two children. Tamara loves adventure, meeting new people, traveling, and volunteering. She spends quite a bit of time with several different organizations, including driving for Meals on Wheels, serving as the current president of St. Louis Park Sunrise Rotary, and as a Girl Scout Troop Leader. In fact, in May of 2022, nine amazing high-school seniors graduated from her troop. Eight went on to college, and one is serving our country in the U.S. Army. During the spring and summer, you’ll find Tamara on many weekends helping clients on Minnehaha Creek with her kayaking company, and she can be found year-round on the local pickleball courts.
Snowy Owl Home Watch serves St. Louis Park, Hopkins, Golden Valley, Edina, Plymouth, and portions of eastern Minnetonka, western Minneapolis, and surrounding areas. You can reach Tamara at (612) 388-7868 or firstname.lastname@example.org. Learn more from the website, at www.snowyowlhomewatch.com.
