Owners Nick and Jen Stepan were born and raised in the Midwest, but after relocating to Naples two decades ago, they quickly realized it would be their “forever home.” Both began careers in real estate. Nick worked with a premier international group and has an affinity for problem-solving and taking special care of each property. Jen’s background also includes real estate sales and commercial property management. She excels in business operations, logistical coordination, and attention to detail. Together, Nick and Jen always strive to provide a white-glove experience at every turn, something they’ve become well-known for in the Old Naples community.
