SST Services of Fort Myers Beach has earned Accredited Member status from the NHWA.
Owner Steven Meyer was born and raised his family in northern Illinois. He has one beautiful daughter and one beautiful granddaughter, who still reside there. Steven moved to Southwest Florida in 2014 in search of a new lifestyle that doesn’t involve bitter cold temperatures, sub-zero wind chills, snow or ice.
Steven has worked in multiple areas in the maintenance field: auto maintenance for 15 years and home maintenance for 10 years. He also started and ran two ventilation system cleaning companies for 11 years, along with a power washing service company for six years. Steven understands the importance of maintaining things to keep them in a safe and operational condition.
As a resident of Fort Myers Beach for the last three years, Steven has seen the need for a Home Watch and maintenance service: the devastation from excessive winds, water, pests and unwanted intruders have caused thousands of dollars in damages over his short amount of time in the area. If that could be avoided or kept to a minimum, it would keep repair and/or insurance costs to a minimum as well.
Being a full-time employee of the county, having all background checks completed, Steven provides his customers with the sense of security they are looking for in a Home Watch company. As we all know, we won’t let just anyone in our homes. As with all Accredited Members of the National Home Watch Association, Steven is fully insured and bonded.
We had the pleasure of meeting Stephen at the NHWA’s Fourth Annual North American Conference in September.
Steven enjoys a beautiful morning on the golf course with some of his closest friends and a sunset cruise on his boat to top off the day.
