Sun Seeker Home Watch of Fort Myers, Florida, has earned Accredited Member status from the NHWA.
Originally from Minnesota, owners Marty and Jenny Austin still own a cabin in Northern Minnesota, three and a half hours from where they lived. Over the years, they began to realize the need to have someone local check on their cabin property after storms, mow their lawn, or help with small projects. The problem was that Marty and Jenny couldn’t find anyone that they could trust to show up, and there were no Home Watch or cabin watch services they could hire to help them. This was when their interest in starting a Home Watch business began.
Marty is a proud U.S. Navy veteran, having served for 21 years. He recently retired from the United States Postal Service, having worked in IT. Jenny is a nurse with more than 20 years in the healthcare industry. She has a passion for caring for others as though they were her own family and friends.
Both Marty and Jenny have earned the designation of Certified Home Watch Professional and have graduated from the NHWA’s Home Watch Boot Camp, putting them among the elite Home Watch providers in the industry. The CHWP designation and Home Watch Boot Camp training show their commitment to providing excellent service to their clients.
Jenny and Marty love to remodel homes and have extensive experience in remodeling their entire home and cabin. These experiences have given them the knowledge and tools necessary to be very thorough and pay attention to even the smallest of details.
Sun Seeker Home Watch is a veteran-owned family business that focuses on honesty, integrity and attention to Detail. Family is Marty and Jenny’s number-one priority. They strive to treat all their clients as part of their family and care for clients’ homes as if they were their own family members.
