Originally from the suburbs of Chicago, Greg and Sue Peters are proud to call Fort Myers their home since 2014. This husband-and-wife team have been business partners for over 15 years and actively managed their own investment properties together as friendly and reliable landlords. Greg and Sue understand how to take care of multiple homes and appreciate how important it is to be extremely vigilant about the details. They take pride in providing excellent customer service through their ability to relate to people of diverse backgrounds, accommodating individual concerns and needs.
Managing their investment properties, Greg and Sue have seen and experienced a lot, gaining valuable experience working with various trades when issues have arisen. They also have experience with remodeling properties. Through this, Greg and Sue have gained tremendous knowledge.
Additionally, Greg and Sue have over 10 years of experience maintaining their vacation home in another state. They have the first-hand experience that comes with managing homes from a distance. They also appreciate that time spent at vacation homes is precious and should not be spent on property issues.
Prior to starting Sun Watch SWFL, Greg worked in the auto body industry for 30 years, starting as a shop porter and working his way up to managing 25 employees at certified dealerships for high-end cars. Extremely proficient in customer care, Greg appreciates the importance of the details that bring a finished job to the next level of complete customer satisfaction.
Sue attended the University of Findlay in Ohio and obtained a double major in Pre-Veterinary Medicine and Biology, with a Chemistry minor. She then obtained her Veterinary Medicine Associate’s degree as well as her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from the University of Illinois. She began her professional career 20 years ago as a small-animal veterinary practitioner. Sue is no stranger to hard work; she knows how important honesty and communication are in developing trust and long-term professional relationships.
