Jack Luber
Executive Director

Sussex Home and Condominium Service of West Fenwick Island, Delaware, has earned Accredited Member status from the NHWA for the second year.

For 25 years, Owner Anthony Bonaventura’s career was in information technology. The last five of those years were spent as the Vice-President of Sales for a technology equipment manufacturer.

At the end of 2017, Tony took an interest in real estate. He was also working as a subcontracted field inspector for a company that inspects homes to determine the level of insurablility for underwriters. Already having knowledge of building a home since he had built two himself, coupled that with his knowledge of home inspections, Tony felt he would be able to establish a great Home Watch business.

Southern Sussex County is experiencing is tremendous growth. Tony spoke with many people who were building or buying second homes there with the intention of moving there as a full-time resident someday. Based on Tony’s experience, he knew he could create a Home Watch company that would combine trust, good judgment, and peace of mind for his customers that their vacation home or rental property was having Home Watch inspections performed regularly when they weren’t in town for extended periods of time. Thus, Sussex Home and Condominium Service was born.
