SWFL Homewatch Professionals of Fort Myers, Florida, has earned accreditation from the NHWA for the second year.
Calling Southwest Florida home for more than 20 years, owners Scott and Jenna Richardson understand why so many people choose to live in the area during the winter months and still want to enjoy summers up North. In Southwest Florida, there are so many beautiful homes that are vacant for much of the year, and those homeowners need someone on their side to help make sure their homes are safe and well taken care of while they are not in the area. SWFL Homewatch Professionals wants to be the company that people know and trust to help take care of their property and deliver them peace of mind so they can enjoy their time away from paradise.
Scott is a graduate of the NHWA’s Home Watch Boot Camp and has earned the designation of Certified Home Watch Professional, which puts him into the category of elite Home Watch providers in the industry. The CHWP designation and Boot Camp training exemplify Scott’s commitment to Home Watch excellence.
As a Life Member of the PGA of America, being a golf professional in Southwest Florida for more than 20 years has taught Scott the value of great customer service, good planning, and attention to detail. During Jenna’s long, successful career as a teacher, she realized her passion was to help others through building trustworthy relationships. Scott and Jenna both understand how satisfying it is to make a positive impact on the lives of others. As Realtors, they were able to combine their dedication to helping others with the excitement of building a new business, and they established SWFL Homewatch Professionals to help the homeowners in the area.
