Toll Family Home Watch Services of Bonita Springs, Florida, has earned Accredited Member status from the NHWA.
Owners Chad and Diane Toll made the move from Minnesota to make their permanent home in Bonita Springs after visiting the area for many years prior. Before moving to Florida, Chad worked for 30 years in the automobile industry. During his time in the auto industry, he worked primarily in executive management roles. He learned early on the importance of attention to detail, customer service, building meaningful relationships, genuine care and concern, and doing what you say you are going to do.
Diane worked for 24 years for a large general contractor as Director of Human Resources. She also served with a number of non-profit organizations: Association of Women Contractors, MetroNorth Chamber of Commerce and Opportunity Partners, Beyond the Yellow Ribbon, and several others in an effort to give back to the community. Diane loves to help people and to be able to have an impact on her local community.
Part of Chad and Diane’s core values include being trustworthy, dependable, reliable, exemplifying strong work ethics, and living their lives with integrity.
Chad and Diane have two kids who also love to spend time in Florida as often as they can. In their spare time, Chad and Diane both enjoy golfing, walking, fishing, trying new restaurants and adventures, and spending time with family and friends.
