Toronto Home Watch of Toronto, Ontario, has earned Accredited Member status in the NHWA.
Director Deena Friedman is a native Torontonian. She has a Bachelor’s degree in psychology and has taught high-school career studies, civics, and georgraphy courses in Toronto for many years. Her family has been managing commercial, retail and residential property for more than 30 years. As leaders in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) real estate industry, they have first-hand knowledge of the problems that can arise when properties are unoccupied for significant periods of time.
Based on their considerable expertise and experience, Deena set out to create a Home Watch company dedicated to keeping Toronto homes secure and well-maintained. Toronto has many snowbirds who migrate to warmer locales for four to six months a year, as well as many foreign investors who are choosing to invest in Toronto real estate but who live abroad for much of the year.
Toronto Home Watch offers Home Watch, keyholding and concierge services. Their goal is to make living and owning a home in Toronto an enjoyable experience.
