Trinity Home Watch and More of St. Augustine, Florida, has earned Accredited Member status from the NHWA.
Owner Jan Herren is a licensed Florida Community Association Manager and understands the importance of having someone oversee properties in the absence of their owners. Jan has managed multi-family communities, such as condominiums and townhouses, as well as single-family homes, for over 30 years. She also owned an association management firm for 18 years, servicing Duval, Putnam, and St. Johns counties, and a handyman and cleaning service for a number of years. This combined experience has left her well prepared for her new venture in the Home Watch industry.
When not overseeing properties, Jan can be found with her camera in hand, photographing the beautiful landscapes of Northeast Florida.
