Greetings!
Two D Home Watch of Punta Gorda, Florida, has earned Accredited Member status from the NHWA.
Owners David and Dawn Greenkorn lived in Indiana before moving to Southwest Florida in November of 2018. Since moving there, they have realized the need for informed Home Watchers who offer a reliable, professional-quality Home Watch service. David and Dawn have strong organization skills, combined with their self-motivation and a great work ethic.
David began working in the cabinet industry in 1985. He started as a warehouse employee and advanced through different positions to becoming the National Sales Manager/Director of Marketing. In 2010, he and Dawn began their own sales company, working in the cabinet industry.
After graduating from Purdue University, Dawn’s career began in management of drug stores. With two children and David’s career eventually keeping him away from home each week, Dawn became a stay-at-home mom who volunteered in different areas. After the children were older, she worked with special-needs children and clerked for a circuit court judge.
Both David and Dawn have earned the designation of Certified Home Watch Professional and have graduated from the NHWA’s Home Watch Boot Camp. The CHWP designation and Home Watch Boot Camp training show their commitment to providing excellent service to their clients.
David and Dawn began a career in real estate in 2014 when they started rehabbing single- family residences. They are still rehabbing, but their focus now is primarily on multi-family and commercial opportunities.
David and Dawn have been married since 1984 and have two children. They love to boat and fish, which was a key factor in their decision to settle in Punta Gorda.
I had the opportunity to meet with David and Dawn this week, while I was on my Florida “Tour,” meeting with NHWA members and other interested people.
