Greetings!
Ultra Home Watch of North Port, Florida, has earned Accredited Member status from the NHWA.
Greg Baker is originally from Michigan. He moved to the Sarasota/Bradenton area in 1973. His father became very successful, both in mobile home sales and park development. This led to Greg’s involvement in the aluminum business. Greg obtained his specialty aluminum structure license in 1979, and both Greg and Kerry worked with Greg’s dad and conducted all phases of project management for his mobile home dealership.
Kerry is a Tallahassee native and a graduate of Florida State University. She joined the family business in 2003 as the office manager, after working as a health and safety inspector for the State of Florida.
The Bakers currently own a successful aluminum business and have 39 years of experience working in and around manufactured home parks in the Sarasota/Bradenton area. They see the need for Home Watch services for the seasonal residents in these communities, as the area’s second homes are vacated for six or more months of the year.
Greg has been passionate about aviation since he was a teenager, and is a commercially rated pilot. Greg and Kerry share a love of flying and environmental causes. They have conducted many areal manatee and wildlife survey flights for both Sea to Shore Alliance and Mote Marine.
Greg and Kerry are excited to offer peace of mind and superior customer service.
