In his previous life, Garret spent time in the science field, working for a pharmaceutical company, spent seven years at Winnipeg’s Virology Lab, and was a Realtor in 2007 before focusing on the field of property management. He takes a scientific approach to property management and is obsessed with offering a perfect product to his customers.
As a property investor since 1997 and a licensed property manager since 1999, Garret brings more than 20 years of knowledge and experience to the industry. He has written for the Canadian Real Estate Wealth magazine, regularly presents seminars about property management and property investment, and volunteers hundreds of hours per year in the real estate industry.
Born and raised in Winnipeg, Garret is an avid fisherman and enjoys reading, movies, travelling. He loves spending time with his wife and two teenage boys.
