Vantage Point Home Watch of Cave Creek, Arizona, has earned second-year accreditation from the NHWA.
Owner John Collier is a homeowner with properties in Arizona, Illinois, and Florida, so he understands the complexities and challenges of being an out-of-state homeowner. Learning to deal with renters, property issues, and local vendors has given John tremendous insight into the everyday issues that homeowners face when they are out of town. This experience has taught him the importance of a quality Home Watch business.
As a former Realtor and Certified Illinois Assessing Officer, John was professionally trained to perform property inspections and identify issues that can affect property valuations. This training, in addition to his desire to provide over-the-top customer service, made Home Watch a natural fit.
When he’s not working, you will usually find John with his family. He and his fiancée, Sandra, have four “almost adult” children between them, who are scattered at schools in four different states. If John’s not hiking, exploring, or sightseeing with any of them, chances are you will find him riding his motorcycle, at a car show, or charter fishing somewhere warm.
I was happy to meet John on my trip to Arizona in March.
