Welcome, Consider It Done, to the NHWA Family!

Matt and Alisha Linn

Consider It Done of Kalispell, Montana, has earned accreditation from the NHWA.

Owners Matt and Alisha Linn operate the Consider It Done in the Flathead Valley, just outside majestic Glacier National Park in Northwest Montana. They have been in business since 2014. Matt and Alisha recognized a significant need for non-tenant-based Home Watching and property management due to the significant growth of vacation homeowners from across the U.S. and Canada over the past 10 years. The area is also home to numerous “snowbirds” who reside in Montana only during the warmer months. Montana’s harsh weather conditions require a partnership with a qualified Home Watch professional.

Matt and Alisha have been residents of the Flathead Valley for 20 years; Alisha was born and raised in Montana. Matt comes from a contracting background and has worked as a corporate finance executive for many years. Alisha has expertise in sales and in the legal field. As homeowners, they share the conviction that peace of mind about their property is a valuable commodity.

Consider It Done serves the Flathead Valley, Kalispell, Bigfork, Whitefish, Columbia Falls, Lakesite, and Hungry Horse areas. They can be reached at (406) 253-0175 or consideritdonemt@gmail.com. Learn more from their website, at www.cidmt.com

Welcome, Matt and Alisha!

As always, I wish you

Much success,

Jack Luber
Executive Director
