Foothills Home Watch & Concierge Services of Conifer, Colorado, has earned accreditation from the NHWA.

Co-owner Kathy Crump has lived in the same home in Conifer since 1994 and has done most of the home maintenance herself, being very comfortable with what it takes to care for a mountain home. She recently left a job of 20 years, where she served as the facilities manager and, for the last 11 years, the community association manager of a 130-unit condo complex for active seniors in Evergreen. Kathy’s goal was keeping the residents’ homes and the property safe and looking good and the community an easy and comfortable place to live. With Foothills Home Watch & Concierge Services, she hopes to help her clients in a similar way with their homes in the mountains.

Kathy has resided in the foothills of Colorado since 1991 and loves the mountain life. She’s a bird watcher, nature lover, and camper and loves to go fishing and spend time with friends. Indoor activities are mostly centered around playing pool.

Co-Owner Chris Honeman comes from a primarily administrative background, which includes having been the office manager for a couple of non-profit organizations and managing a couple of home-based businesses. In her work life, she always strives to provide quality customer service and looks forward to bringing her administrative and customer service skills to Foothills Home Watch & Concierge Services. Chris understands that a mountain property represents a significant investment and looks forward to providing peace of mind to the property owners that their property is under a caring, watchful eye in their absence. She is also excited about partnering with and providing administrative support to Kathy Crump, who has been long recognized in the Evergreen area for her top-shelf property management skills, attention to detail, and work ethic.

Chris has many interests in which she engages in her free time, mostly centered around the outdoors and appreciating the beautiful area she and her clients have all chosen to make their home. Her hobbies include camping, fishing, nature photography, exploring backcountry forest roads, and seeing how much wildlife can be spotted in an outing. Chris’s other passion is playing pool. She competes in leagues and tournaments regularly and has won numerous local, regional, and amateur national championships through the past 20 years.
