Charles Ellis
Home Watch Services of Cape Coral, of Cape Coral, Florida, has earned Accredited Member status from the NHWA.
Owner Charles Ellis is originally from the Northeast and graduated with a business degree from the University of Hartford in Connecticut. After graduation, he moved to San Diego and spent 12 years working in international transportation, handling inbound product for a manufacturing company that shipped all over the U.S. Charles moved to SWFL in April of 2016 and has been working in the construction industry, gaining experience in all aspects of home remodeling.
In 2019, Charles became a licensed Florida home inspector and has spent a considerable amount of time working on condo and single-family home inspections. He obtained a license in mold remediation, allowing him to expand his scope of knowledge in the home inspection area. The addition of Home Watch seemed like the next natural step in the progression of this type of work for Charles. His business philosophy has always included what we call the Three Pillars of Home Watch: Trust, Communication, and Confidentiality.
Charles looks forward to meeting with all prospective clients and seeing where his experience might help them and their home needs.
