Gretchen is a proud Texas Tech University alumna. She has over three decades of experience in sales and management across various food-related industries, event planning, and home organization. In 2017, Gretchen became intimately acquainted with the challenges of being an absentee property owner after purchasing a condo on Navarre Beach. The uncertainty of her property’s condition after storms and the frustrating experience of managing repairs and insurance claims from afar ignited her passion for providing a solution. Gretchen’s ability to pay meticulous attention to detail, develop comprehensive checklists and procedures, and foster strong community connections are the cornerstones of her approach to caring for each My Home Watch Concierge client’s home. With a deep understanding of her clients’ needs and a commitment to excellence, Gretchen is on a mission to redefine property care for absentee owners.
Andy and Judy Epstein are proud natives of the Florida Panhandle, born and raised in Fort Walton Beach. Their deep connection to the community drives their commitment to deliver top-notch services. Andy, a graduate of the Georgia Institute of Technology (Georgia Tech), boasts an impressive 30 years in sales and marketing, specializing in home products and the pump industry. His extensive experience in business travel has provided invaluable insights into customer preferences, making meticulous planning and service excellence second nature to him.
Andy is a graduate of the NHWA’s Home Watch Boot Camp and has earned the designation of Certified Home Watch Professional, which places him among the elite Home Watch providers in the industry. The CHWP designation and Boot Camp training exemplify My Home Watch Concierge’s commitment to Home Watch excellence. Judy has been a self-employed entrepreneur for over 15 years in residential and commercial cleaning. Her commitment to providing exceptional customer service has made her a trusted name in the local community. Judy’s expertise in her cleaning business extends seamlessly to My Home Watch Concierge. Her dedication to customer service shines through in every property she cares for on the Emerald Coast of Northwest Florida.
