NoCo Homewatch of Longmont, Colorado, has earned Accredited Member status from the NHWA.
Owners Valeria Catano and Felipe Rivera are longtime residents of Longmont. They became owners of NoCo Homewatch in early 2023. It is a family-owned and -operated small business.
Previously, Valeria spent 10 years working in the beauty and fitness industry, while Felipe concentrated on his trade of home renovation. As their family grew, Valeria switched her focus to real estate, serving as executive assistant to local Realtor and original owner of NoCo Homewatch, Tanja Nelson. With Valeria’s background in customer service, attention to detail, and strong relationships with local business owners, it was a natural move for her to take over ownership and management of the company.
Felipe grew up in the Atlixco Puebla, a small village south of Mexico City, known for its woodwork, colorful pottery, and famous flower fields. Felipe’s original trade was woodworking; after he immigrated to the U.S., he found home renovation was a natural fit. Felipe has been pursuing this career and expanded to handyman work as another way to provide needed services to his clientele. He provides most concierge services for NoCo Homewatch.
Married close to 10 years, the Riveras have two children and spend a lot of time outdoors, volunteering at their church, renovating their home, and spending time with friends and family.
