Welcome, Property Watch Ninjas of St. Pete Beach, FL, to the NHWA family!
Owner Sammerleigh Becchetti is motivated and eager, believing any business that is based on relationships and quality services will thrive. Sam had a long career in the event industry, where she worked behind the scenes to successfully produce high-profile events with attention to detail and quick response to issues that arise. Always following her passion—from travel, to events, to real estate/property management—as her path to success, she continues to pursue opportunities she believes in. When Sam sees an itch that needs scratching, she scratches.
Before moving to the sunny West Coast of Florida, Sam spent many years in Arizona’s sunbelt, where she first identified a need for Home Watch services for the residents who call it home part-time. Now residing in the St. Pete area, that same need came to light, and she set out to offer a solution to long-distance homeowners who need a trusted source to look after their beach homes throughout Pinellas County.
As the proud owner of Property Watch Ninjas, Sam delivers the utmost in customer service, believing you should live up to what you expect from others. Helping homeowners care for their assets with trustworthy and reliable service is what you can expect.
Sam enjoys spending as much time on the water or in the sand (unless we are talking golf), which is why she loves living in and sharing the unique qualities of the St. Pete-Clearwater area: boats, beaches, and the best sunsets!
Property Watch Ninjas serves the Beaches of Tampa Bay, from Clearwater to St. Pete, and everything in between, including Sand Key, Belleair, Belleair Shores, Indian Rocks, Indian Shores, the Redingtons, Mad Beach, Tresure Island, St. Pete Beach, Seminole, Largo, and St. Petersburg.
