Ron and Janet Bognar
Suncoast Property Solutions Plus of Sarasota has earned Accredited Member status from the NHWA.
Established in 2014, Suncoast Property Solutions is owned and operated by Ron and Janet Bognar. Originally from New Jersey, Ron and Janet have resided in Florida for more than 20 years.
Janet has over 30 years’ experience in the insurance industry. Ron is a retired police officer. He has experience in the security industry, with extensive training and personal protection techniques that homeowners can trust and depend on.
Ron and Janet treat their clients’ homes as their own; they are there when their clients can’t be. They are Members of the Siesta Key Chamber of Commerce, Realtors of Sarasota and Manatee Counties (RASM), involved with the Salvation Army of Sarasota County, and West Coast Women in Sarasota.
