Gregg Nye
Seacoast Property Watch of Stratham, New Hampshire, has earned Accredited Member status from the NHWA.
Gregg Nye is a lifelong resident of the New Hampshire seacoast. He retired from a local police department as a patrol sergeant in 2011. During his tenure, Gregg performed thousands of home and business security checks. After retiring, he was employed as a criminal investigator with the State of New Hampshire and was assigned to a federal organized crime drug enforcement task force where he worked for several years on various organized crime cases.
Following an almost 28-year career in law enforcement, Gregg has been working as a local mortgage loan officer in Portsmouth, where he’s nationally licensed. He works with various local real estate professionals, related industry partners, and construction contractors.
Gregg is a member of the Rockingham County Law Enforcement Officers Association and the Seacoast Board of Realtors. Additionally, he and his wife, Christina, own a vacation property in the Maine Lakes Region and utilize a Home Watch service there, so he understands what services a customer wants and expects.
Gregg is an active member of the community and has raised his family in Stratham. He volunteers for several worthwhile charity campaigns, especially animal rescue organizations. Gregg enjoys saltwater fishing, golf, metal detecting, and traveling with Christina.
