Shore Thing Home Watch Services of Delray Beach, Florida, has earned Accredited Member status from the NHWA.
Owner Linda Ludwig-Tisch has had over 40 years of home ownership, gaining extensive knowledge and experience in home care and diagnosing a variety of issues in her own home. In her entire professional career, she has held many customer service positions, providing top-notch services to clients while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality.
Linda has had a wide range of educational experiences, including continuing training for executive leadership positions, as well as certifications in banking and lending.
When she relocated to Florida, Linda recognized the enormous need for professionally trained, reliable, and trustworthy people to care for people’s homes while they were away. Within her own community, she heard about the need and desire for someone to provide this service.
Linda is a graduate of the NHWA’s Home Watch Boot Camp and has earned the designation of Certified Home Watch Professional, which places her into the category of elite Home Watch providers in the industry. The CHWP designation and Boot Camp training exemplify Linda’s commitment to Home Watch excellence.
Linda and her husband, Jim, recently moved to Florida from the Northeast to enjoy their semi-retirement while embarking on their individual business ventures. Linda says she is fortunate to have Jim as a resource, since he is a licensed home inspector. She enjoys travelling, exploring local attractions, kayaking, boating, and attending live concerts.
