Tommy and Barb Lynch
First Coast Home Watch of St. Augustine, Florida, has earned Accredited Member status from the NHWA.
Owner Tommy Lynch was an environmental driller for more than 30 years. Since retirement, he has been a handyman. Tommy has served his community with volunteer work as well as assisting seniors with home projects. Tommy looks forward to continuing in assisting others through his new business, First Coast Home Watch.
Tommy is a graduate of the NHWA’s Home Watch Boot Camp and has earned the designation of Certified Home Watch Professional, which places him among the elite Home Watch providers in the industry. The CHWP designation and Boot Camp training exemplify Tommy’s commitment to Home Watch excellence.
Tommy’s wife, Barb, has been in marketing for more than 35 years. She has owned, operated, and sold two thriving businesses and now looks forward to helping their Home Watch business grow and to serving others.
