Welcome to the NHWA, Wildflower Properties of Calabogie, ON, Canada!
Owner Robyn Campbell and her husband, Devin, live in the Ottawa Valley. Robyn grew up on a farm and helped run her family’s cottage-raising and moving business for many years. While working, she also completed her bachelor’s degree in education from the University of Ottawa.
In the spring of 2017, and again in 2019, the Ottawa Valley experienced the highest water levels in history. Residents in low-lying areas resorted to sandbagging to save their homes and cottages. Many people lost furniture and other belongings, and many homes were badly damaged. Some homes were left abandoned due to the water damage.
Robyn and her family helped a lot of homeowners fight to save their homes and cottages. Many homeowners and cottagers could not get to their properties in time, and some didn’t even know their properties were flooded. When the water levels went down, Robyn’s family’s business raised hundreds of homes and cottages to ensure they would be safe in case this were to ever happen again.
In the spring of 2021, Robyn and Devin purchased their first home in the small town of Calabogie, which is a growing, four-season resort town located one hour outside of Ottawa. The town is home to many snowbirds and cottagers. Working as a supply teacher and being one of the only full-time residents in her neighbourhood, Robyn was approached by many homeowners asking if she could watch their homes while they were away. Robyn decided it was time to launch Wildflower Properties.
While working in the family business, Robyn acquired the skills and knowledge suitable for visually inspecting homes and providing a proper Home Watch service. Canadian winters, especially in Ontario, can be very harsh. The Ottawa Valley experiences a wide range of weather, such as snow, hail, heavy rains, heavy winds, and the occasional tornado. Robyn looks forward to bringing dedication, integrity, reliability, and trustworthiness to the home and cottage owners in the Ottawa Valley.
Wildflower Properties serves Arnprior, Calabogie, Burnstown, White Lake, Renfrew, Douglas, Eganville, Golden Lake, Killaloe, Wilno, Barry’s Bay, Combermare, and surrounding areas.
