Welcome, WeWatch SCC of Rio Rico, AZ, to the NHWA Family!

Jim and Leticia Perry
WeWatch SCC of Rio Rico, Arizona, has earned Accredited Member status from the NHWA.
Owners Leticia and Jim Perry are also successful owners of a landscape company, a minor home improvement company, and a house-cleaning service. Prior to starting their businesses, Leticia worked in the public sector in human resources for over 24 years. She earned a bachelor’s degree in business management through the University of Phoenix and wears many hats in their current endeavors. Jim is a U.S. Army veteran who had a 32-year-long career as a Supply Chain Director. He earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration from Western International University. After their long and prosperous careers, Jim and Leticia decided to do something that would give back to the community by offering services that were lacking in their area. Through their landscaping business, they offer honesty, integrity, consistency, dependability, and outstanding customer service, a concept that has been responsible for their success.
The idea to start a Home Watch service was a suggestion from one of their clients, a property manager in the area. She told Jim and Leticia there was a significant need for an honest and reliable Home Watch company. She said if they decided to do something like this, she already had a few customers in line. At their landscape division, they have over 30 homes on a monthly maintenance plan in Santa Cruz County. Leticia and Jim already have existing customers. This seemed to be a great addition to their portfolio and aligned well with the excellent services they were already providing.
Leticia and Jim are both very excited to be able to further serve their customers by providing them peace of mind while they are away. What makes their services unique is that they can provide solutions, not just report the problem to their customers. Leticia and Jim have the knowledge and resources to assist or repair any issues that may arise, as well as other concierge services that could make their clients’ lives easier, less worrying, and more relaxing.
WeWatch SCC serves Nogales, Rio Rico, Tubac, Amado, Tumacacori, and Patagonia. You can reach them at (520) 604-0448 or at WeWatchSCC@gmail.com. Their website is coming soon. In the meantime, you can find them on Facebook at https://www.facebook.com/wewatch.scc/about_details.
