Greetings and salutations!
When and How Concierge Services of Venice, Florida, has earned Accredited Member status in the NHWA.
Wendy Kreiss-Parkin (the “When” – or “Wen”) is uniquely qualified to provide personal concierge services. She is a licensed massage therapist and comfortable with catering to people’s unique needs. Her clients describe her as compassionate, intuitive, and able to correct problems they didn’t even know they had! Prior to this, Wendy was in the corporate world as a Training and Development Officer, where she had to accurately identify needs, then design and deliver solutions to meet them. Wendy has been actively involved in business networking groups, where she has met many tradespeople and service providers; she has built a network of professionals whom she trusts to provide great service to her clients. Wendy graduated with a B.S. from the University of Michigan, and in her spare time enjoys bicycling, swimming, cooking, reading, writing, playing with her dog, and attending concerts and plays.
Howard Parkin (the “How”) brings a wealth of experience to When and How Concierge Services. He has over 40 years’ experience in retail sales and management, banking, real estate, mortgages, construction, and kitchen and bath design and remodeling. His expertise helps in clearly identifying the crux of a problem, negotiating with service providers and protecting their clients’ interests. His background as a computer science major in college enables him to help clients solve everyday, common computer problems. People who know Howard describe him as a deeply compassionate person who has volunteered his time to care for and assist people with terminal illnesses. Howard graduated with a B.S. from Penn State University, and in his spare time enjoys bicycling, golfing, cooking, skiing, taking his dog to the beach, and attending concerts and plays. Wendy and Howard have a dog named Destiny and a cat named Missy, whom they love and enjoy immensely.
