When & How Concierge Services of Venice, FL, earns fifth-year accreditation from the NHWA!
Wendy Kreiss-Parkin (the “When”) is a graduate of the University of Michigan with a Bachelor’s degree and is uniquely qualified to provide personal concierge services. Prior to starting When & How, she was in the corporate world as a Training and Development Officer, where she had to accurately identify needs and then design and deliver solutions to meet them. Wendy has been actively involved in business networking groups, where she has met many tradespeople and service providers; she has built a network of professionals whom she trusts to provide great service to her clients.
Howard Parkin (the “How”) is a graduate of Penn State University with a Bachelor’s degree and brings a wealth of experience to When & How Concierge Services. He has over 40 years’ experience in retail sales and management, banking, real estate, mortgages, construction, and kitchen and bath design, and remodeling. Howard’s expertise helps in clearly identifying problems, acting as a liaison between service providers and their clients, and protecting their clients’ interests. His background as a computer science major in college enables him to help clients solve everyday, common computer problems.
In addition to Home Watch, When & How provides many other services for people managing multiple homes who desire a personal service they can call to help with any needs they have or that may arise.
A very active couple, Wendy and Howard work with local charities, enjoy outdoor activities, and spend time with Destiny, the dog, and Waldo, the cat.
Wendy, Howard, and I had the opportunity to discuss Home Watch while I was on my Florida tour in January.
A little about the National Home Watch Association: The NHWA was formed in 2009 in order to establish and maintain the highest industry standards for Home Watch and absentee homeowner services throughout the United States and Canada (www.nationalhomewatchassociation.org).
