When & How Concierge Services of Venice, Florida, has earned Accredited Member status from the NHWA for the third year.
If you spend any time with Wendy and Howard, you’ll feel their warmth and caring. You’ll know that your second home is in good hands. Wendy Kreiss-Parkin (the “When”), a graduate of the University of Michigan with a Bachelor’s degree, is uniquely qualified to provide personal concierge services. Prior to starting When & How, Wendy was in the corporate world as a Training and Development Officer, where she had to accurately identify needs and then design and deliver solutions to meet them. Wendy has been actively involved in business networking groups, where she has met many tradespeople and service providers; she has built a network of professionals whom she trusts to provide great service to her clients.
Howard Parkin (the “How”), a graduate of Penn State University with a Bachelor’s degree, brings a wealth of experience to When and How Concierge Services. He has over 40 years’ experience in retail sales and management, banking, real estate, mortgages, construction, and kitchen and bath design and remodeling. Howard’s expertise helps in clearly identifying the crux of a problem, negotiating with service providers, and protecting their clients’ interests. His background as a computer science major in college enables him to help clients solve everyday, common computer problems.
A well-rounded and very active couple, Wendy and Howard work with local charities, enjoy outdoor activities, and spend time with Destiny, the dog, and Missy, the cat.
