Our residential Home Watch services are designed for primary homes, second homes, vacation properties, investment properties, estate homes, and residences that may be temporarily vacant or occupied by a family member who needs additional property oversight. During each scheduled visit, we conduct a detailed visual inspection of the interior and exterior, including accessible plumbing fixtures, water-source areas, HVAC operation, signs of leaks or moisture, pest activity, storm damage, unauthorized access, security concerns, and other visible conditions that may require attention.

For commercial property owners, investors, lenders, asset managers, and institutional clients, we provide scheduled Commercial Property Watch services for vacant or partially occupied offices, retail spaces, warehouses, daycare facilities, multifamily assets, and other commercial buildings. Our visits help identify visible maintenance concerns, vandalism, unauthorized entry, water intrusion, exterior damage, landscaping issues, and conditions that could affect the safety, security, or marketability of the property.

Following each visit, property owners receive a detailed report with photographs and documentation of the property’s condition.
