As a member of the NHWA, we adhere to the highest standards and code of ethics in the Home Watch industry. We service all of Chittenden County, plus Waterbury. Vermont Home Watch is owned by Charlie and Kim Posnick, both long-time Chittenden County residents. Prioritizing clients’ needs has been part of Charlie and Kim's entire professional careers.
