Always There Home watch is owned and operated by Kim Barselou and Brian Cobo. We decided to start a Home watch business after a family member had an issue while on vacation. They had a pipe leak that destroyed their wood flooring, cabinets and drywall. Kim is a lifelong resident of Ft. Myers, 6th generation born and raised here. Kim was a Project coordinator and administrator for over 21 years. Known as "Girl Friday" she has done whatever was needed when needed, to get the job done properly and timely. She oversaw the maintenance of a large medical practice with 9 locations, managed contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers and contractors. Kim is a proud Army mom! Her son served in the 82nd Airborne division and is stationed at Arlington National Cemetery. Kim is also the proud grandmother to two granddaughters. Brian originally hales from Buffalo, NY, but moved to Ft. Myers as a young man. Brian has been in the custom car and truck industry most of his life, as well as a corrections officer. In his industry you must have a keen eye for details and good customer service. When Brian isn’t working on other people’s projects, he can be found working on custom projects, enjoying the outdoors, volunteering and spending time with friends and family. Always There Home watch is an Accredited Member of the National Home Watch Association. Owners Kim and Brian are Certified Home Watch Professionals, meeting the qualifications set forth by the National Home Watch Association. Additionally, Kim is a National Home Watch Association Boot Camp graduate.
