A Crew Home Watch LLC is operated by Tara Aleknavich and will soon be a family operated business. A Crew is derived from the Aleknavich Family name and represents the foundation on which the company was built- accountability, trust and hands-on care.
Tara was born and raised in St Lucie County, with deep roots in the Treasure Coast community that she serves. With a lifelong understanding of the local homes, neighborhoods and property standards, Tara brings a level of familiarity and care only a true local can provide.
Tara is a Certified Residential Appraiser with nearly a decade of professional experience, during which she has completed countless residential inspections and home safety evaluations under strict industry guidelines. Her appraisal background demands exceptional attention to detail, preventative awareness and sound professional judgement skills that translate seamlessly into high-quality home watch services.
Prior to her appraisal career, Tara owned and operated a property watch and cleaning company, gaining hands-on experience in maintaining and overseeing homes while owners were away. This unique combination of professional appraisal experience and real-world property care is what sets A Crew Home Watch apart.
Tara has a background in Business, married to her high school sweetheart and they have 3 beautiful children together. In the family’s spare time they enjoy days out on the water, beach days and fun activities out with family and friends.
A Crew Home Watch serves the Treasure Coast, including Indian River, St Lucie and Martin Counties.
