Check appliances are operational. Replace baking soda in refrigerator and/or freezer if needed

Removal of mail. packages, and solicitation materials from front porch
Weather/storm damage
Check smoke detectors (if needed, battery will be replaced)
Run water in each faucet and flush toilets
Clean front entry of debris
Treat weeds at walkway/driveway
Clean toilets if needed
Deadhead flowers at front porch
Water flowers/plants at front porch
Remove mail from mailbox and place in kitchen
Check furnace and air conditioner filters. Change if needed. (Note: you will be charged for the cost of the filter/s)*
