GreenMark provides personalized Home Watch and property support for homeowners who want a trusted local presence when they can’t be there. Whether you’re traveling, a seasonal resident, selling your home, or simply need someone you can rely on, we’re here to help.

Our scheduled Home Watch visits include visual inspections for signs of leaks, HVAC concerns, storm damage, security issues, and other visible problems that may require attention. After each visit, you receive a detailed report with GPS verification, date and time stamps, photos, and observations from the property.

We also go beyond the traditional Home Watch visit. We can check on packages, meet contractors and service providers, provide property access, be present while services are performed, check completed work, and help coordinate appointments while you’re away.

If your home is for sale, we can visit before a scheduled showing to make sure the property is ready and return afterward to verify that the home is secure and everything is in order.
