Lotz of Care Homewatch was founded in 1995. We are the first homewatch company to service absentee owners in Palm Beach Gardens, building long-term business relationships that extends to subsequent generations of clients. While other homewatch companies have come, gone and sold, Lotz of Care Homewatch remains the only original family-owned and operated homewatch company providing weekly visual inspections inside and out, while our clients are out of town for season or extended vacations. We also ensure homes are ready for arrival, closed down after departure and were even there for preparations and cleanup after three major hurricanes, as well as several other named storms.
