Founded by Bill Payzant in 2010, Nautilus Home Management strives to be the best home management company in the Charleston area. Our goal is to reduce the stress of owning a home in Charleston, South Carolina.

In 2018, we partnered with Phillip Smith General Contractor to help manage their clients’ homes after construction. Through this partnership, we can continuously improve on our knowledge of building science and how to best build and maintain a home.

With dedicated teams for both home management and custom homebuilding, we ensure you have the individual attention that you deserve. From new homes to historic homes, Nautilus Home Management services the Charleston peninsula, Mount Pleasant, Daniel Island, Sullivan’s Island, Isle of Palms and the surrounding areas.
