We help care for homes and properties when owners are away, traveling, relocating, managing an estate, or simply need an extra set of trusted eyes on the property.

Our service is built around scheduled interior and exterior property checks, privacy, attention to detail, and clear communication. During visits, we look for visible maintenance issues, storm damage, water leaks, security concerns, utility concerns, and other conditions that may need attention. We also handle routine home care requests such as checking utilities, running water, operating garage doors, collecting packages or mail, and helping coordinate minor service needs.

After each visit, we provide an update with photos so owners have documentation and peace of mind knowing their home is being watched over, cared for, and treated with respect.
