About this provider

We typically inspect a property ever one to two weeks while our clients are away. Some clients like our visits more frequently and we can adjust our services based on their needs. The majority of our clients have a Home Watch inspection every two weeks.

During an inspection we turn on the main water line, test all faucets, toilets and garbage disposal if applicable, and also check the air handler and filters. We will also do a full inspection of the windows, doors, walls, flooring and ceilings. We will also scrub toilets when our clients are gone if they provide a brush and cleaner. (Prevents unsightly mineral buildup.) We will perform a visual exterior inspection of the property. We send our clients a detailed report with photos of the thermostat comparing it to our hydrometer to show if the temperature and humidity are at a safe state. We also turn off the water as we depart. We can also monitor cars if our clients choose to leave it on site with a trickler plugged in.

We will report back any unusual findings and will also call and discuss any concerns found. If there are any concerns, we would note that in the report and reach out to discuss how we mitigated the problem and what next steps might be needed. We also provide photos.

We also preform both pre and post storm checks, as needed with named storms.

We offer additional concierge services.
Examples of this may be:
Assisting with opening and closings of properties.
Patio/lanai furniture removal and replacement at departure and just prior to return.
Assist with shutter installation and or removal.
Coordinate deliveries and repairs while our clients are out of town.
We offer house cleaning services as well grocery pickups.

We will bill via email at the end of each month, net 30 through QuickBooks. It is very simple to make a secure online payment.
Our business is certified and accredited by the National Home Watch Association. That means we are fully vetted, are properly licensed and insured, abide by their code of ethics and continue our education in the field.
