At Vanguard Home Watch LLC, we provide professional Home Watch services for seasonal residents, second-home owners, and anyone who leaves their property unoccupied for extended periods in Naples, North Naples, and Ave Maria, Florida.

As an NHWA Accredited Member, we perform scheduled visual inspections of your home, looking for obvious issues that could become costly if left undetected. After each visit, you’ll receive a detailed GPS-timestamp digital report with photographs and our observations to your secured client portal, keeping you informed wherever you are.
