Originally from Cleveland, Ohio, Michelle Olivo relocated to Sarasota, Florida, in 2002 and has built a dynamic and successful career centered on sales, service, and relationship-building skills. With a natural talent for connecting with people and a drive for excellence, Michelle spent 15 years leading a national recruiting firm. Embracing her entrepreneurial spirit, she launched Castle Concierge in 2020—where she brings a touch of magic to her clients’ lives as their trusted “fairy godmother.”
Michelle’s extensive experience, integrity, and passion for service make her exceptionally well-suited for the home watch and concierge industry. Services Offered:
Home watch service includes a full visual interior and exterior inspection: security check of doors & windows (interior/exterior), remove any trash/debris in yard, bring in mail/deliveries/unsolicited flyers, check for damage/vandalism (interior/exterior), check water level in pool & pool equipment, check landscape maintenance, check for insects/pests/rodents (interior/exterior), check for visual mold/water leaks (interior/exterior), check thermostat (A/C settings, humidity levels), check hot water heater, check electrical panel for tripped breakers, reset clocks if power outage, check appliances, run all faucets in castle, check under all sinks, run garbage disposal, flush all toilets. Everything is documented through a report with a GPS time and date stamp, along with videos and pictures as needed. The report is sent via email. Our rates for home watch are based on square footage of your castle and the frequency of visits.
We offer home watch services and a wide range of concierge services, many of which are listed on our website, as well as additional customized options tailored to each client’s unique needs. Handling tasks such as arranging cleanings, handling deliveries, groceries, watering plants, starting vehicles, meeting service companies, handyman projects, overseeing trades, scheduling vendors, pet sitting, storm prep, and more!
