A founding member of the NHWA, Coastal Carolina Home Watch has been providing Home Watch and other custom services to seasonal and part-time homeowners on the Grand Strand and Waccamaw Neck since 2005. Over the years, CCHW has built a reputation for discretion, confidentiality, and personalized service—alleviating the concerns of clients during their absence.

Originally founded by Jack Luber, the company is now owned by Steven Montesano, who became a partner after two years of learning the ropes and officially took over in January 2024.

With an extensive background in real estate development and home building, Steven knows how to identify potential problems in both newer and older homes. As a skilled handyman, he can also perform tasks that don’t require a license—an added value to our clients.
