Hi I am Crystal Volberding I am the founder and owner of First Mate Home Watch, LLC, a professional home watch company serving Florida’s Treasure Coast. I am an Accredited Member of the National Home Watch Association (NHWA) and proudly serves as a leader within the NHWA community, helping to strengthen standards, education, and collaboration across the industry.

With a strong background in client service and community involvement, I am known for my hands-on approach, attention to detail, and unwavering commitment to protecting my clients’ most valuable assets—their homes. Whether supporting seasonal residents, frequent travelers, or absentee homeowners, I bring peace of mind through consistent, reliable, and transparent visual inspections.

I am also deeply involved in professional development and networking within NHWA, working to elevate best practices, promote ethical standards, and foster strong partnerships among home watch professionals throughout Florida.
