HawkEye Home Watch of Fountain Hills, Arizona, took flight in 2011.
When Michael Padgett moved to the area in 2001, he immersed himself in many aspects of home services, including a company called Phoenix Rising Renovations. This company acted as the means to remodel and resell homes that needed to rise up and get brought back to life.

By 2011, Michael was utilizing his skills to assist with small handyman projects and overseeing rental properties. Learning about the home watch industry and living in a heavily seasonal area, he realized that helping the community of part time residents was next on his business ventures. HawkEye Home Watch was established and has grown consistently over the years.

By 2024, Michael studied and passed the AZ Real Estate license test and has added the real estate buying/selling service to his ever-growing business. The goal is to make my clients feel that their home is being well taken care of while away at their Summer home, and as their real estate agent when the time comes to sell their beloved AZ residence.
