Your home is a major investment, and you must be able to trust someone to have the same mindset as yours to maintain it properly. Home Watch By 3 Palms is your eyes while you are away. We will report back to you about anything that might need attention.
Ultimately, you want to return to your home and have it seem like you have never left it. That’s our goal at Home Watch by 3 Palms. You will be getting the owner, not an employee, to watch your home as scheduled with the experience and integrity that is warranted for this job. Our focus is on your best interest.
Services Offered:
"We do weekly Home Watch visits , inspecting the exterior and interior of your home . You will receive an electronic report after the inspection has been completed. If problems arise during the inspection you will be notified immediately by email , text and then phone. For an additional fee we also can be your key holder to allow service people access to your home for repairs . I am insured, bonded, and accredited by the NHWA and do ongoing training to make us more valuable to you. Additionally, I am designated as a Certified Home Watch Professional after meeting the requirements and testing of the NHWA .
