LWR Signature Home Management LLC is a locally owned and operated home watch and concierge service based in Lakewood Ranch, Florida. Founded by Rob and Racquel LaPenna, a husband-and-wife team who relocated from Virginia in 2024 with their two teenage sons, the business was inspired by their own experiences and a heartfelt desire to help others.

Shortly after moving to Florida, Rob and Racquel lived through three hurricanes in quick succession. As they helped neighbors—both those nearby and others anxiously watching their homes from afar—they realized how vital it is to have someone local and trustworthy looking after your home. That’s when the idea for LWR Signature Home Management was born.

Rob and Racquel bring with them 40 plus years of combined experience in project management, construction, lawn and landscape maintenance, and vendor coordination. This background allows them to confidently oversee a wide range of property-related needs, ensuring every home receives the highest level of care and attention.

With a strong sense of community, hands-on service, and a commitment to excellence, they now provide professional home watch services and personalized concierge solutions to seasonal and absentee homeowners throughout the Lakewood Ranch area.

When they’re not caring for homes, the LaPennas enjoy playing golf, relaxing at the beach, and spending quality time with their teenage boys.
