The uncertainty of her property’s condition after storms and the frustrating experience of managing repairs and insurance claims from afar igniter her passion for providing a solution. Andy and Judy Epstein are proud natives of the Panhandle of Florida, born and raised in Fort Walton Beach. Their deep connection to the community drives their commitment to deliver top-notch services. As natives of the Panhandle and full-time residents of the Emerald Coast, Andy and Judy possess an intimate understanding of the distinctive challenges that come with property ownership in this picturesque area.
